Join us for our Monthly Open Discussion / Support Group The Group is comprised of individuals with epilepsy, spouses, parents, family members, partners and friends of adults with epilepsy. Every two years, the Epilepsy Foundation hosts a one-day educational conference dedicated to people with epilepsy, their families and friends, and community supporters for a day of learning, support, and networking. The 2020 Community Day will take place March 14, 2020, at the Santa Clara Marriott in Santa Clara, California. Community Day occurs immediately after the Epilepsy Foundation Pipeline Conference taking place March 12-13, 2020. The Walk to End Epilepsy is a grassroots community and fundraising event that provides people the opportunity to speak up about epilepsy, to learn more and connect with others affected by epilepsy at a fun-filled event. There is a non-competitive 5K Run/Walk, 1-Mile Stroll and ‘pop-up village’ complete with games, music, entertainment, food trucks, activity booths, community resources, and an awards ceremony. The Epilepsy Foundation of Greater Los Angeles invites children (ages 7-16) to the Epilepsy Summer Camp at The Painted Turtle during the Special Diagnoses Session from July 9 - 13, 2020.
